Hola amigos || Hello friends

^{For days now I have wanted to be part of a movement started by @davidcentenor which I think, we should be all part of it. And even the friend @donatello and other members of the Dance and Music community have begun to join this great movement to grow all our Sp. There are several ways how to make this happen one of them, is to convert the Steem given by some rewards for some contest, another, is to buy directly Steem and then pass them to Steem Power, ie, make Power Up. Don't be alarmed! This is a fairly simple task to do. And don't worry, I will explain later how.}

^{We agree that the vast majority of active creators are Venezuelan and most of them are going through difficult situations at home. I know, and I certify it. I have lived through very difficult situations and they have led me to make decisions that we may regret later. For any Venezuelan, having some SBD or Steem, is a blessing and even more now in times of pandemic, and even more, adding the current economic state of the country.}

• Alquiler de la vivienda: 70$ (más 5$ de condominio)

• Mercado para dos semanas: 30$

• Servicios Básicos: 8$

• Mensualidad para mi hijo: 20$ ( y me da vergüenza)

• Y hablo de no salir de casa, de no tomar un café en la calle, o un helado para el calor. O algún antojo de comida rápida.

• ^{Housing rent: $70 (plus $5 for condominium)}

* ^{Groceries for two weeks: $30}

• ^{Basic utilities: $8}

• ^{Monthly allowance for my son: $20 (and I'm ashamed).}

• ^{And I'm talking about not leaving the house, not having a coffee on the street, or an ice cream for the heat. Or some fast food craving.}

^{To these expenses I must include that I live with my grandmother and therefore I help her with her medicines or exams when she needs them. For her medicines I help her with between 10$ or 15$ depending on how my pocket is.}

^{Now, if we add up all those expenses, it comes to $143 a month. Now that I add them up, I thank God for giving me the energy I need to be able to work hard enough to put food on the table.}

^{As you can see, like many here, I have expenses. And I'm sure you already went to my blog to see my posts hahaha.... But no, I don't have the luck of others, but thanks to the fact that I've made them up, I've been able to make ends meet when necessary. I've sold some things I had in storage, I've worked in construction, I've worked as a waiter, as a sound assistant, as a storekeeper, I've even had to be a gardener. And as many know, the Venezuelan has always been a hard worker. And I am proud to be Venezuelan.}

^{But we must keep in mind and understand that the more Steem power we have in our wallet, we will be providing a better reward to fellow creators and you also gain from healing. It's a give and take if you want to see it that way. But what I want is to encourage you to join this initiative that is really great and for sure, from this harvest, some good fruits will come out.}

Debemos entender que el Steem Power (abreviado SP) es una medida de cuánta influencia tiene un usuario en la red Steem. Cuanto más Steem Power tenga un usuario, más podrá influir en el valor de las publicaciones y los comentarios. Entonces, entiendo este concepto, empezaré hacer Power Up si es posible cada semana. Todo dependerá también del apoyo que obtenga en mis publicaciones. Mi único trabajo fijo es compartir mi música por este medio y la mayor parte de mis ingresos son gracias a lo poco o mucho que tengo aquí en Steemit. De igual forma, claro que también quisiera crecer junto a mis compañeros steemianos.

Empecemos || Let's start

La wallet que están observando en la parte superior, es el mío. Cómo ven tengo la cantidad de 14.902 los cuales quiero convertir en Steem power. Les explicaré el proceso por si aún no has entendido como hacerlo.

Nos vamos a donde esta los Steem y le damos clip a la flecha que apunta hacia abajo. Nos aparecerá ese recuadro que ven arriba. Estando ahí, le damos clip a la opción Power Up y nos aparecerá el siguiente cuadro.

Cómo pueden ver, aquí el trabajo es simple y sencillo. Colocamos la cantidad con la que deseamos hacer Power up y en el mismo botón con el mismo nombre, le damos clip. En mi caso lo haré con lo que tengo 14.902. Si se fijan en la primera imagen de mi wallet, tengo 135.095 Sp Ahora veamos que pasa cuando le damos clip al botón Power Up.

Nos aparece una nueva opción. Cada transacción que hacemos dentro de la blockchain, debemos confirmarla. Aquí podemos colocar alguna descripción de nuestro Power Up. Claro, es opcional ese memo. Recuerda que tenia 135.902 de Sp? Ahora sumaremos los 14.902 que sume a mi Sp. Y el resultado es: 149.997

Ahora bien, que pasa si no tenemos Steem pero si SBD y queremos invertir en nuestro Steem Power? Bueno, aquí les explico nuevamente ese proceso. No esta del todo mal volver a repetir este proceso. Vamos a empezar: En mi caso tengo en mi wallet 0.852 SBD los cuales quiero convertir en Steem dolar. Vamos, vendamos y aumentemos más nuestro Sp.

^{Now, what happens if we don't have Steem but we have SBD and we want to invest in our Steem Power? Well, here I explain that process again. It is not bad to repeat this process again. Let's start: In my case I have in my wallet 0.852 SBD which I want to convert into Steem Dollar. Come on, let's sell and increase our Sp even more.}

Le damos en la flecha que apunta hacia abajo al lado de los SBD y nos aparecerá un recuadro con varias opciones. Vayamos a donde dice Mercado. Así se ve el mercado de Steem.

^{Click on the down arrow next to the SBD and a box with several options will appear. Let's go to where it says Marketplace. This is how the Steem marketplace looks like.}

Estando ese mercado, vemos dos cuadro, uno en color rojo y el otro en color verde. Cada uno con una función distinta. El rojo para vender, y el verde para comprar. En este caso yo necesito comprar Steem con mis 0.852 SBD Entonces debo trabajar con el cuadro verde ¨Comprar de Steem¨ Ahí veremos el precio actual de la moneda en el mercado. Podemos subirle el precio o bajarlo, es decisión de cada quien. En mi caso lo dejaré así para que la compra del Steem sea rapida.

^{In this market, we see two boxes, one in red and the other in green. Each one with a different function. The red one to sell, and the green one to buy. In this case I need to buy Steem with my 0.852 SBD. Then I must work with the green box "Buy from Steem" There we will see the current price of the currency in the market. Cómo ven, por mis SBD puedo comprar 5.293 Steem. Eso haremos!! Compraremos esos 5.293 Steem. Solo debes llenar la casillas y luego darle clip al botón Comprar Steem. La compra es casi que inmediata así que podemos ir a nuestra wallet y ya encontrarnos con los Steem recién comprados como lo mostraré en esta siguiente imagen.

^{You see, for my SBD I can buy 5,293 Steem. That's what we will do! We will buy those 5.293 Steem. You just have to fill in the boxes and then click on the Buy Steem button. The purchase is almost immediate so we can go to our wallet and find the Steem just bought as I will show in this next image.}

Ya estando los Steem en nuesta wallet, hacemos el mismo proceso que ya realizamos más arriba. Ahora haré el Power Up con esos nuevos Steem y mi Sp seguirá aumentando. Y de eso se trata, de aumentar lo más que podamos nuestro Steem Power. Sé que no es fácil para muchos lograrlo, pero vamos, animo, que si podemos cumplir con la meta. Fijate que ya bajé mis Steem y sigo aumentando mi Sp. Pasé de tener 149.997 Sp a 155.291 y poco a poco vamos sumando más.

^{Once the Steem are in our wallet, we do the same process we did above. Now I will do the Power Up with these new Steem and my Sp will continue to increase. And that's what it's all about, to increase our Steem Power as much as we can. I know it is not easy for many to achieve it, but come on, I encourage you, we can achieve the goal. I have already lowered my Steem and I keep increasing my Sp. I went from 149,997 Sp to 155,291 and little by little we are adding more.}
