I'm managing around 11 communities so members have more choices about where to create their posts.

I'm not receiving support for the events that I organise so I deliver prizes in DAM. My voting power goes down very fast when I upvote other members' posts and that's why I'm delivering DAM instead of giving a bigger upvote.

You are not upvoting my posts and it's fine but you could send some DAM to other members like I'm doing with you.
You could also leave a comment on other members' posts like the ones that I leave on your posts.

How do send DAM to other members:

Visit your wallet on https://steem-engine.net, you need to be logged in.

You will see DAM and on the right-hand side, you will see the "send tokens" icon.

Click on the icon, a window will appear. Now you can send some DAM to another member.

I really hope you will support other members' posts. You could also purchase the monthly membership, especially if you never purchased one and you don't share any of your post payouts with @danceandmusic.
