Special thanks to @belenguerra and @fendit who made this contest possible and whole lot of others like this one. My favorite 2021 television series I want to talk today, is titled Hawkeye.

The series is an American miniseries from the from the well-known Disney productions and is based on the Marvel comics. It was aired from November to 22 December of 2021, it has only six (6) episodes. The series is a continuation of the Marvel cinematic universe franchise or series, the events of the series took place after the well-known Avengers endgame movie. The leading characters include Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton from the film series and Hailee Steinfeld joining him as Kate Bishop. The series is based on action, adventure and crime.

The show starts Clint Barton (Hawkeye) who is New York with his three children to see a musical and also stay for a while before going back to their home to spend the Christmas holydays with his wife and children all together. Whilst in New York, Clint sees in the news, a mysterious person in a suit who saved a stray dog from the street as it was about to be hit by a vehicle, but Clint recognizes his suit as the that he use to wear to hurt people and named as Ronin. Clint confronts this person in a fight, over powers this mysterious person and takes off the mask the person was wearing only find the person behind the mask as a young lady named Kate Bishop, a lady who takes Clint (Hawkeye) as role model due to her seeing him as child fight off an alien invasion with his bow and arrow.

Kate convinces Clint that she does not know what the suit means and that she took from an attack at a secrete black market trade she sneaked into. But then Clint now tries to get Kate name out of the situation as he knows that they will be people who will come after her thinking she was Ronin, the secrete character Clint took on to hurt people or bad guys in his past that he wants to live behind.

Clint and Kate now teams up to confront some enemies that the “Ronin” made in the past, and it leads to revealing a crime master mind of New York, Kingpin or Wilson Fisk and Kates mom as the ones behind manipulating Clint to become Ronin so he takes out the bad guys that wear in competition with them. And Clint has to resolve all issues before Christmas as he promised his children he will be back in time to spend the Christmas holydays with his family.

The series continues with a lot of twist and turns till the last episode where things finally go back to normal and the bad guys are served justice. The series definitely a save Christmas series…Lol. I watched the series with my family this Christmas and we all enjoyed it. And I will definitely recommend it for everyone in this platform if they wish to watch a Christmas television show.
