English is now global language and day by day it's importance is increasing in all over. English is necessary in all jobs sector if you want good post, good salary.
If you go for interview, HR asks always questions in English language and you have to be fluent in English wheather you will about to work in local language but for interview, you must know English.
Good companies always hire those employees who have good command on english because that employee can handle all type of customers, client and may generate good sales via good impressive communication.
Even if you speak english in your society, community, People see you in eye of respect. It reflects your standard.

I live in India, Our country mother language is Hindi . Yes in most job sectors employee speaks in Hindi language but unfortunately they must clear their interview in English language.
As I said above, if employees want promotion so they have to be fluent because company always seeks potential assets for their company.
If employees don't know english so this will make bother them in their careers always and never ever give height in their careers.
What advice would you give to the students of your country about language learning from your experience? |

My advice is to all students that don't afraid about English language. It is just language and no body is perfect. Every students should practice daily and most importantly they have to make their vocabulary strong because English is just matter of vocabulary. If you know right word for your line so you can express your self in english.
Try n try get success and practice makes you perfect is right slogan here. But You have to enhance this because unfortunately English is very important in all over.
You have good degrees but don't have command on english means you are lacking somewhere so start learning this language.

Billion people are working on Steemit platform, if we don't know english so we can communicate to only limited people but English plays role of bridge which connects us to all over the world. I am working on Steemit and English helps me a lot.
