Which is better for succeeding in life? (Job/Entrepreneur).

Hey all steemians across the world. Hope you all are doing well and are enjoying your happy lives. I am @owulama and I am super excited to participate in this contest titled; Which is better for succeeding in life? (Job/Entrepreneur).

INTRODUCTION:

An entrepreneur is a person who is self directed, self starter i.e you start your own business by yourself, an innovator and a problem solver. An entrepreneur will always find a way to make his/ her own business grow and to become successful in life.

Therefore, To me entrepreneur is better for succeeding in life than Job, due to numerous reasons of which I will mention below.

✅ What is the reason you like the entrepreneur?

Some of the reasons why prefer entrepreneur to job is because,

1. As an entrepreneur you have freedom of speech, i.e you can say what ever you want to say at anytime and any where because you are your own boss, not unlike job where you will work under someone and won't be able to express yourself freely.

2. As an entrepreneur you have the liberty and freedom to make your own choices, you have your time and make decisions for yourself.

3. As an entrepreneur you can work from anywhere, you don't necessarily need to go to the office everyday, but you can use your mobile phone to manage your business from home.

4. You can live the lifestyle you wish for, i.e you can Travel on vacation at your own convenience, you owe nobody an explanation for your late coming, infact you get more freedom to do anything you want to as an entrepreneur.

5. Greater chances for more income, as an entrepreneur you are not limited to a fixed income monthly, you have Unlimited opportunity for income.

In summary, becoming an entrepreneur is hard and take a lot of time, but unlimited opportunity an entrepreneur have to earn more money is really worth the time. So I will rather become an entrepreneur than seeking for a job.

Okay... I am not an entrepreneur yet but I will soon become one.

So let me share with you about an entrepreneur I know. There is this woman I know who is an entrepreneur, what she does is catering, event planning and decorations.

This woman is doing so well that even workers around the neighborhood and community don't compete with her. I must say that She is doing so well and I also wish to become like her soon.

Her children are in the best schools, they feed very well, her family dress well too. Even when workers are complaining that they haven't been paid or are complaining about their income, this woman doesn't complain at all, she is satisfied with her income and is living happily.

She is actually my motivation🤗, she gives me a whole lot of reasons why I should become an entrepreneur and be self employed rather than seeking for a job to go work under someone.

✅ What is the reason for the employment more than the entrepreneur? Share your opinion.

There are alot of reasons why some people will prefer employment more than the entrepreneur.

In my own opinion I think the reasons are;

1. They are scared of the high risks that comes with being an entrepreneur, so they will prefer going for employment that has lower risk.

2. Some people do not like multi tasking role that comes with being an entrepreneur, that is why they will choose employment that has specialized roles.

3. Not everyone has the resources and are also willing to take on that level of financial risks of becoming an entrepreneur, so financial consideration is another reason why some prefer employment than entrepreneur.

In conclusion, with all the high risks, time, resources that is associated with becoming an entrepreneur, I will still choose to become an entrepreneur rather than seeking for a Job. If you want to live a successful life, entrepreneur is the sure way to go through.
