Online Job V/S Offline Job. (Which is better?)

✅ What do you mean by online jobs and offline jobs?

Job is simply what a person does to earn a living.

Online jobs: Can simply be seen as that kind of job whereby a person can work from home, it doesn’t really requires a person living his/her house daily to a set location. It usually requires a desktop, and laptop, with a strong Internet connection to do online Jobs.

Offline Jobs: This are kind of jobs that requires a person to live his house daily to a set location to perform his job task. You need to go to an office daily for work and you usually have your own boss. In this kind of job, you are often not your jen boss.

✅ Which job is better online or offline?

Both the online and offline Jobs are good. But then, to me the online job is better because it has less stress compared to that of the offline and it's also flexible. The flexibility that comes with the job is really what makes it better than the offline Jobs.

✅ Tell us the advantages and disadvantages of online and offline job?

Advantages of online jobs are:

1. You schedule your working time by yourself and take off break when you wish too.

2. You work in a more relaxed, quiet and a comfortable environment without being distracted by anyone or people around.

3. It reduces your expenses, like transportation fare, buying of new clothes etc. Because you're working from home, you don't necessarily need to always buy new clothes to look good and presentable, you can wear any kind of clothes to work because you're working from home.

Disadvantages of online jobs:

1. You can't work effectively and efficiently without strong Internet connection, and without either your laptop or desktop, constant purchase of data is also necessary.

2. Before you can do perfectly well in most of the online jobs, you need a lot of studies, tutorials and online tutors that will guide and direct you on how to work on every site.

3. Some or most of this online sites doesn't really last long, and the network is also usually slow atimes.

4. The sites with good earnings are not usually easy to find or get. And the earnings automatically stops when the site is closed.

Advantages of offline Jobs:

There are a lot of advantages of offline Jobs some of them are:

1. You get to meet with different kinds of people daily at workplace. Making new friends regularly is also part of it.

2. You get to travel to different States and countries, cause some companies do that alot.

3. You can be entitled to yearly bonus, not all companies does that, but then majority of the companies actually does that. And also you get different allowances aside your main salary.

Disadvantages of offline Jobs:

1. You easily get tired and stressed out because of the workload, and your boss can take advantage of you by giving you more tasks to accomplish within short periods.

2. You need to constantly buy new dresses, shoes and bags, in order to look smart and presentable, and this increases your expenditures.

3. You need to work base on instructions given to you by your boss, whether you are comfortable or not comfortable with those instructions, you don't really have a choice or you can be fired when you outside those instructions.

4. You get out of your house daily and meet with different kinds of situations on the road, and you have high chances of losing your life because of insecurity and the higher rate of accident that is happening.

✅ Online Job or offline Job - which do you prefer?

If I am to choose between the two jobs, the online and offline Jobs, I will prefer the online jobs due to numerous reasons of which I will mention below:

One of the major reason why I prefer online jobs to offline Jobs is the flexibility that comes with the jobs, flexibility here I mean, working from home, scheduling your work time by yourself, you don't get controlled by a boss, you're your won boss and you can equally take off work when you needs it.

I will also prefer online jobs because you don’t need to waste your money to buy new clothes every time in order to look good and presentable at the office, because it’s an online jobs and you work from your own confort zone.

In summary, online jobs are the most flexible jobs one can think of, they are also less stressful compare to the offline Jobs where you need to go to an office on a daily basis to perform your duty.
