Which is better for succeeding in life? (Job/Entrepreneur).

Greetings steemians hope you all are enjoying your this marvelous last week of may, it my pleasure having you guys in this contest "Which is better for succeeding in life? (Job/Entrepreneur)" organized by @mahadisalim.

Before moving down to the contest hints I will like to give a brief explanation of what Job and Entrepreneur means

Job is a piece of work, especially a specific task done as part of the routine of one's occupation or for an agreed price, in other words job can also be seen as a paid position of regular employment.

Entrepreneur means a person who sets up a business or businesses, taking on financial risks in the hope of profit, entrepreneurs can also be called business owners or risk bearer.

Which is better for succeeding in life?
Between jobs and Entrepreneur I will choose job rather than entrepreneur because the risk involved in entrepreneur is greater than that of job, what am saying is that most entrepreneurs have lost their money in other to start up a business which later collapsed, some of them even collected loans that they cannot pay back and their valuable property have been collected for collateral which cause total down fall of the entrepreneur, even some of them that succeeded in their business still have later finds some challenges.
But in job they is nothing like risk or money to start a job what you need is just your qualifications and documents to prove that you can do the job, also with time or your efforts towards the job your payment will increase and you have the opportunity to be a entrepreneur if you wish, another reason I prefer job rather than entrepreneur is pension workers get after their retirement which will help them in old age.

Why do you like the job?

• Job is what both the poor and rich can obtain easily with the help of their documents and qualifications unlike entrepreneur which the poor finds it very difficult to start because lack capital and even property for collateral in terms of loan.
• Job is an important benefits to each individual employee may be different depending on their goals, lifestyle and preferences. For some employees, health and life insurance benefits are most important to them and their families to be prepared for future situations.
• most jobs like the military, police and civil service pays their employees pension after retirement to enable them enjoy and continue their old age
• A job allows you to meet new people and interact with others. For example, if you work in a school, hospitals, Bank and industries you can interact with other co- worker and even share ideas and experience
• it have assured amount of payment to the worker unlike entrepreneur where you can acquire profit or lose.

Write the causes of unemployment in your country?
The are some many causes of poverty and unemployment in our societies today as a result of ...

• illiteracy most people are not employ because they are illiterate and could not work effectively like those who are educated called literate
• another reason is lack of company and industries, many people mostly the graduate's find it difficult to get a job after graduating from higher institution.
• Another cause of unemployment is the presence of weak manufacturing sector with no hope of development in years to come
• another causes of unemployment in Nigeria is the rise in rural-urban migration, caused by search for greener pastures of people in the rural areas.

What is your favourite job? Why?
My favourite job is military, because of the passion I have for job, also reason is the allowance and housing they gets and your family staying in the barracks or base will be safe because of the high security there,

education is also a reason I love the military because is not all job that will gives you the opportunity to go to school but military does which have help most people especially those who were not able to pay their school fees before, but after joining the military they gained the opportunity of going to school, the military also offers high-quality health care benefits to active-duty soldiers, including dental, vision, pharmacy, and life insurance coverage.

Write the ways to succeed in the job?
There are ways and steps to succeed in a job which includes.......

• Understand your employer's or commander expectations. Make sure you understand your company's or work culture
• always do what is right at the expected time to avoid query and charges from your employer or commander
• always pay attention to career advice especially those who just started a job in order to avoid mistake or damage
• Be confident. As you're starting your first few days or weeks at your new role, try to be confident and compose yourself
• Improve your knowledge by asking question in areas you don't understand it will help you more in growing
• finally be of good character and attitude in order to gain favour from your employee and give respect to does who were there before you e get why
