Teamwork vs. Individual Work (Which is better?)

Good day my follow steemians, am still on of your favourite content writer @dazzle55. It is my pleasure to be here with you guys and I hope that you all are in good health.

Today I will be participating on a contest that is organized by @shiftitamanna which has to with how teamwork and individual work play a role in our lives and society.

Teamwork Vs Individual Work - Which Do You Prefer?

I prefer individual work.

The reason why I say this, is that sometimes you need to work in secret while you success speak for you. Working in team is actually very good because they is a motivation and inspiration within the square but a little misunderstanding can damage the whole work.

That why I say it is better to work personal than working with o group of people because you don't know what their mindset is all about.

What is the difference between teamwork and individual work?

The difference between teamwork and individual work is that, teamwork involved working with a group of people to achieve a common goal. So with this

individual work involved working alone to achieve a goal or accomplish a task all.

So In teamwork, individuals bring their unique skills and perspectives to work and doing this together they achieve more goals than they could on their own.

Which is more progressive between teamwork and individual work?

It is hard on choosing which of this is more progressive because they both have third advantages and disadvantages.

But in some point it is see that the teamwork had some great potential more that individual work because in teamwork it help in diversity of ideas, promoting collaboration, and the pooling of skills and resources to achieve a goals.
Also in teamwork it brings greater innovation, creativity, and problem-solving abilities when the combined efforts and knowledge of multiple individuals working together.

Why team work is better than individual? Give your opinion.

Teamwork is more better than individual work with some common reason such as:

• the is division of labour in the square
• support and motivation in teamwork
• learning and development within individual
• collaboration and communication within the members of the group.

So this actually applied in Steemit platform because posting alone without communicating with others in team of comment and vote you will not get a lot of support like someone that engaged with other in teams of commenting and voting other people post.
