Online Job V/S Offline Job. (Which is better?)

It my first time of writing here and I hope that am welcome with whole hearted.

Today I will be participating on a contest organized by @shiftitamanna and it all about online and offline jobs.

What do you mean by online jobs and offline jobs?

What do you mean by online jobs and offline jobs?

Basically on me, online jobs are work that is done through the internet with the help of phones, iPad or laptops and those works include freelance writer like Steemit, virtual assistant position or any online tutorial. And those jobs doesn't require any physical presence in any location and it can be done from anywhere with the help of internet connection.

WHILE

Offline jobs, are traditional jobs that are done or performed in physical location, like working in an office, factory or retail store. And offline jobs require the worker to be at a specific location and interact or attain with the costumer in person.

Which job is better online or offline?

To be sincere, the both jobs are better it only depends on individual preferences, lifestyle or circumstances. They are some factors or things to consider when choosing which jobs is better i.e online or offline.

For online, let look in to things that make it better:

• in terms of flexibility: when someone is doing online jobs, they person control his or her working hours and can also work from the comfort of his home.
• it enables individual to control his work schedule.
• online jobs give an individual an opportunity to work with people or company all around the world.

On the other hand offline jobs also have it own advantages, for example:

• stability: offline jobs provide individual more stability in terms of consistent working hours and location.
• jobs like hand-on works or costumer service role require individual physical presence for the tasks to be done.
• it helps in professional development.
• in involved social interaction.

So when choosing which job is better you have to look into your skills, preferences and priorities. So it is also important to consider your need and goal when choosing between online and offline jobs.

Tell us the advantages and disadvantages of online and offline job?

In life anything we do have advantages and disadvantages too. So here are some advantages and disadvantages of online and offline jobs;

So, offline work has disadvantages like limited flexibility, lack of personal attention,lack of efficient learning, access to resources, health risks, cost, limited adaptability and time consumption too.

1. Online jobs consume more money on data but offline jobs cost money daily.

2. Online jobs allow individuals to work from any location from of your choice while offline jobs require individual physical presence at the office.

3. Online jobs are less stressful for individual depending on the platform you are but for offline it is very stressful for individual to carry the work out.

4. Online jobs lead to isolation like lack of social interaction but for offline the worker interact with their consumer face-to-face.

5. Miscommunication can occur more easy on offline jobs compared to offline that has to with face to face interaction.

I like the both the online and offline jobs because they have their own advantages towards my goals and targets in life.
For example writing on Steemit platform is online Jobs which I can do it in place of my choice without being disturb and in our society today many are into offline for daily activities.
