Encouragement program for curator [ENG-ESP]

We continue to develop our infrastructure in order to establish our foundations well and be able to generate long-term value, today we are happy to finally implement an incentive for non-community curators, with which we hope to encourage their interaction with the people they are supporting. We are glad to see that everything is going as we wanted from the beginning and that we can offer technological tools for the entire dear Steem community.

The incentive system is simple, each curator (@joslud, @alejos7ven, @jennarg) will be eligible for a maximum of 0.500 STEEM per day which they will receive depending on their performance, that is, if a curator If you spend all your bandwidth you will receive the full amount, but if you spend only half you will receive 0.250 STEEM and so on.

Continuamos desarrollando nuestra infraestructura con el fin de establecer bien nuestras bases y poder generar valor a largo plazo, hoy estamos felices de finalmente implementar un incentivo para los curadores no comunitarios con lo cual esperamos fomentar la interacción de los mismos con las personas a las que están apoyando. Nos alegra ver que todo esta marchando tal como quisimos desde un principio y que podemos ofrecer herramientas tecnologicas para toda la querida comunidad Steem.

El sistema de incentivos es simple, cada curador (@joslud, @alejos7ven, @jennarg) será elegible a un máximo de 0.500 STEEM al día los cuales recibirán dependiendo de su rendimiento, es decir, si un curador gasta todo su ancho de banda va a recibir la cantidad total, pero si gasta solo la mitad recibirá 0.250 STEEM y así sucesivamente.
