U.S. court to rehear House bid for testimony from ex-White House counsel McGahn By Reuters

A U.S. advances court on Friday said it would reexamine an ongoing choice rejecting a Democratic-drove congressional board's claim looking to implement a subpoena for declaration from previous White House Counsel Donald McGahn.  

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit said it would hear contentions for the situation on April 28.
