UFC Odds: Fight Island Begins with UFC 251  https://www.casinobillionaire.com/bet-on-ufc-3540.php

No one knew what to expect when Dana White introduced the idea of "Fight Island" early April to get around hurtles brought on by the coronavirus pandemic.

Two-and-a-half months later, and we have a clear understanding of where "Fight Island" is and how events will be hosted there. The location is the man-made Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE. Four events will take place in July; the first one being the highly-anticipated UFC 251.

With three championship belts on the line, UFC 251 is arguably the best event of the year up to this point. We'll see Kamaru Usman defend his Welterweight belt against Gilbert Burns, Alex Volkanovski defend his Featherweight belt against Max Holloway, and Petr Yan face off with Jose Aldo for the vacant Bantamweight belt.

On the women's side, Rose Namajunas will get a chance to avenge her loss against Jessica Andrade. The action will take place in a 10 square mile area cordoned off from the public. Usman and Volkanovski, the two title holders, are —230 favourites to hold on to their belts in this upcoming event.

This will be Usman's second title defense since beating Tyron Woodley last March at UFC 235 via unanimous decision. As for Volkanovski, he's facing a repeat challenger who he beat in December via unanimous decision.

UFC Fight Island: UFC 251 Set for July 11

UFC is returning to Abu Dhabi's Yas Island, which Dana White has dubbed Fight Island, for four events in July, beginning with UFC 251 on July 11. This is a seriously stacked card with three championship titles on the line.

Welterweight champ Kamaru Usman, the No. 6 pound-for-pound fighter, will defend against Gilbert Burns, who extended his win streak to six after beating Tyron Woodley on May 30.

The No. 7 pound-for-pound fighter, Alex Volkanovski, will also be competing. He'll look to defend his Featherweight belt against Max Holloway for the second time in seven months. Meanwhile, Henry Cejudo's recent retirement means that the Bantamweight title is also up for grabs; two hungry competitors in Petr Yan and Jose Aldo will try to secure it.
