Sweden tries to woo Finland with fighter jet package - Radio Sweden
- Finland will this year decide on which fighter jet system will replace its current fleet that is reaching the end of its operational life.
- Sweden's JAS Gripen is one of five contenders shortlisted by the Finnish government.
- Defence Minister Defence Peter Hultqvist spoke of further enhancing co-operation between the two countries, while Deputy Commander of the Swedish Airforce, Anders Persson, envisioned "one airforce, two commanders".
