Okay, i'm at my wits end with all this. There is only one side that obsesses over group mentality of Race, Gender, Creed, Religion, Etc. If you really want to deal with all this madness pertaining to the division of communities, then there is a simple solution. One that many of us figured out as far back as over 100 years ago, and even many iconic figures like Booker. T. Washington, MLK, and Nelson Mandela. Stop looking at people for what they are as part of a community, But who they are as their own individual. As it can be heard with MLK's most famous quote. "I have a dream, of a time where we will be judged not by the colour of our skin. But by the content of our character." The message in it literally promotes Individuality over Community.
