Many superstars today easily reached 1 billion views on YouTube, and people might say at Beyonce's stature, it is a disappointment that she had just had her first music video to reach 1billion views. However, Beyonce came from an era before YouTube existed. If only YouTube existed then, she might have more billion views music videos.

Her first big hit Crazy In Love wasn't even open worldwide but it already earned hundreds of millions views. Her moderate hit songs even had hundreds of millions views. Halo was released before 2010, and it still earned a billion views. Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It) could have earned a billion if it wasn't deleted, until it was re-uploaded again.

Halo was from the album I Am... Sasha Fierce, which was multi-platinum. It scored a number of Billboard Hot 100 below:
