The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) has kept a low profile in compliance with the legal protocols for much of its existence expect during Trump's administration when the cases before them were openly discussed by Trump in his tweets and press. Under Biden they are expected to revert to their previous low profile mode as Biden is not given to going against legal protocols.
