To follow the common logic, many more weapons are needed to prevent the many weapons from being used. - If it does not help, it is because there are too few weapons and too few social groups who have access to weapons. Perhaps pastors, firefighters, social workers, doctors, postmen, road workers, and kindergarten educators should be trained by special forces as part of their education.
