Saints' Sean Payton says he's 'doing well' after testing positive for the coronavirus

Sean Payton, head coach of the New Orleans Saints, tested positive for the coronavirus.

He is now feeling a lot better.  Over the past couple weeks, he was able to recouperate from the illness.

On Tuesday he was "cleared" after undergoing another test.

Payton was the first one associated with the NFL to test positive for the virus.
