'Father Figure' - Tributes Paid After Death Of Jack Charlton | Balls.ie
Jack Charlton died on Friday night at the age of 85 following a battle with a long-term illness.
He was a man beloved on both sides of the Irish sea as a World Cup winner with England, a Leeds United icon, and the manager who took the Boys in Green to places they'd never been before.
Tributes have been paid to the great man by players, clubs and members of the media.
"He gave me so much instruction about things that centre-halves hated that he wanted me to do for the Republic of Ireland," Tony Cascarino told Talksport.
