Whenever you see someone writes saying, "I have eaten this or that for x months and this is what happened," it really means nothing as it cannot amount to sufficient evidence of causation. It is just an anecdotal evidence. 

However the rest of the article carries useful information and tips which makes it a worthwhile read. In all likelihood whatever she said may actually amount to sufficient evidence if proper clinical tests have been done. 

As for the tips, we like the tip on eating potatoes with the skin and on the best ways to prepare potatoes for optimal weight loss. 

It would have been better if the author had used a different heading for the article than the above.
