TikTok owner ByteDance announces China leaders, targets 100,000 global headcount By Reuters
Beijing-based ByteDance, proprietor of worldwide short video hit TikTok, on Thursday delegated new heads for its China business and set an objective to almost twofold its worldwide headcount to 100,000 before the year's over.
The eight-year-old startup, which was esteemed at $78 billion in its most recent financing round, as of now has more than 60,000 representatives across 30 nations.
It likewise said that it has designated adaptation head Zhang Lidong as the executive of its China business to manage the Chinese market's non-item activities, including technique and adaptation.
