Steemit greetings to you all the contestants in this community,it really an amazing experience to be among the contestants, though am coming for the very first time to contest in this community through an invitation from @aijnarahman,I most appreciate her invitation. And I a like the contest title so much , because Cultivation is very important as far as man exist. Without delay delay, permit me to go straight to the contest subtitles.

Well, this is an amazing and interesting sub title,I like to say that if am giving a large expanse of land for any agricultural activities, I will like to Cultivate Palm Trees 🌴,as a matter of fact,it is One of the driving economic Tree when starting friuts,it ,
It gear up financial assistance of any country and families.

It is a good agricultural business one should invest.
So if am giving a large expanse of land,I will Cultivate Palm trees for future economic activities.

The few reasons Why I chose this plant is because, • It is used to produce red.oil for cooking • The Kennel are used for other economic activities to produce,soap,cream,etc. • The bye product of the palm fruit, that is the shell is used for other economic activities. • It is a source of income.

Some species of the palm trees will take 5 years before it's maturity comes and also it needs to be well taken care of before the harvest season.
The Agric and the local species are still good, but people do go for the improve seedlings that will quickly mature for harvesting.

The local species will take up to 6 years before bearing friuts whereas the improve seedlings will quickly bear fruit like from 4 years.

To give judgment to this question,let me first of all mentor the Common pest and disease of palm trees Cultivation. The common pest and disease are Ganoderma root and Butt Rot ,this disease is caused by the fungus Ganoderma zonatum that can infect many types of palms.
