Introduction Of Steeming India Community.

I am @Stream4u the Admin of Steeming India Community. This is an application to apply for The Communities of the Month Support Program.

I would like to say that the Steeming India Community is the very first community from the country INDIA created on a Steemit.

Initially, this community was created for the Indians because at the beginning of the year 2020 lot of accounts get created on Steemit and we thought maybe the Indian people get difficulty to know which community to find/join the community, hence we use a name for this community as Steeming India which will relate to the country INDIA and this was the main purpose to establish Steeming India Community.

At this moment we can't say it's a unique community because now we have an ideal community to represent INDIA which is BEST OF INDIA, crated and drive by the Indian country representatives.

Steeming India Community is not for to cover any specific topic as all subjects are welcome here.

Steeming India Community is currently not for specific Indian people as all people from anywhere are welcome here. In this community, we (admins ) review user's posts and accordingly educate them on how they should work, what are do and Don't.

So everyone can join Steeming India Community as it is not specific to any topic and region, but is the condition.

We have some strict Rule for joining Steeming India Community

• User accounts after July 2020 should have completed Achivements Programs from 1 to 6 in Newcomers' Community

• Users who are under 2000 SP, the post has to be set for 100% Power Up OR powering up once payout, and not continues powering down.

• To Receive Support on a Post, the User should daily be an active member of the community and also have to Support On Other's posts within the community.

• At least Make a Daily 3 Vote To Active Users of This Community.

• Vote Need to Be Rotate On Daily Basis To Support All Active Users & It Should Not Look to a Specific user, group.

• 0% self vote.

• Make Sure To Publish a Decent & Valuable Post which is plagiarism-free and copyright-free images, No same post in multiple communities.

• Post Need Minimum of 250 Words(Diary Game Post Need Minimum 300 Words.)

When a new user joined the community and started publishing posts, we keep him under observation for at least the first two weeks to see his activeness, behavior. If the user breaks his activeness after some time and re-join, then again he will be under observation for the first two weeks.

Steeming India Community TEAM.

Currently, we are the two Admins @stream4u and @akkibadboy who are actively driving the Steeming India Community and we both are from India.

We are also in discussion and planning to create new Moderators in Steeming India Community.

We make sure that the members in Steeming India Community will be rewarded for publishing their posts in Steeming India Community unless it is plagiarism-free, no duplication, there more criteria we check before rewarding and everything you will find below.

At this time only me as @stream4u and @akkibadboy are driving this community and it is very hard to say that we left the community or lost the key, it is impossible for us.

@akkibadboy is on Steemit since 2019 and I joined at the beginning of 2020. @akkibadboy is an active member since the hard time of steemit when there were no many supportive programs so I am 10000% sure that he will be with Steeming India Community. If you ask me so I exactly joined steemit in July 2020 and you can see me every time active on Steemit, also participating in multiple programs, you can see me in the multiple comments, so I and @akkibadboy will be here till Steemit is active.

Losing our keys are also impossible because we have secured them in that way.

So, Steeming India Community is one of the never ending Communities.

Steeming India Community Curation Account.

Here, I would like to be frank that we do not have a Community Curation Account yet, Why?

At the initial level of Steeming India Community there were only 100 subscribers, this is the count when I joined, but now we have crossed 1000 subscribers.

But, we actively looking for active posters, however, this is not the main reason for not having a Curation Account. We want people should understand the ecosystem of Steemit, the future development of Steemit, understand the importance of own Steem Power, be a daily active member on Steemit and use own entire Steem Power for curating other posts, read those posts, check the latest update by steemitblog.

The second reason is that we have seen many users jumping from one community to another frequently like daily and publishing a post, checking who are giving votes then continue with there once they did not get a vote and jump to another community, so here we do not want to use curation account to vote on such thing.

The community member should be active daily and check other active posts within the community, use their own SP to support them, and same get in return.

We are also in discussion and planning to create a dedicated Curation Account for Steeming India Community but can't provide ETA on this.

We are actually looking for a way in which we also own have a good amount of SP so that we can produce a good value of the vote and also delegate a good amount of SP to the Curation Account so that it will also produce a good value of the vote, but for that, we have to increase our own vote a lot and we are actively working on it.

Currently, we are the only which means Admins and members use their own SP and support others.

Steeming India Community Content Farming.

When a new user joins the community we closely look into his profile and posts, we check whether he is not publishing the same posts in multiple communities, not copying content from other sources, if we found such activity we try to educate the user through the comment section.

We make sure that the content published in the Steeming India Community is not part of plagiarism, it has not copyright images, not published the same in other communities or other social sites.

If we found any user performing any such activity then as per our responsibility first we try to educate him and guide him on Do and Don't but still if he is doing the same then simply ignore his posts.

It is sure that the post that we recommend for support will be the original.

Steeming India Community Engagement & Commenting.

The community of members is doing their best in regards to the Engagement & Commenting, we informed our team members to be active in the comment section of the posts within the community or outside like comments on newcomers posts and their tasks.

Steeming India Community Plans & Updates.

We send announcements about future plans and the latest updates very frequently, we send only when it is needed. As mentioned above we do not have a Community account so mainly I or @akkibadboy send new plans and the latest updates on Steeming India Community.

As mentioned initially that it is the first Community build for the country of India so we will be taking this community for longer and it will be never ending community.

Steeming India Community Promotion & Marketing.

We were informed everyone to use a signature while commenting on any posts, in the signature you can mention your role in the community, even if it is a member we assume it has some own role, so with this we can easily promote and marketing our community.

The signature program was executed successfully and I can say that the subscribers that we achieved now are started after taking initiative and started this Signature plan.

However, later on, a few members be a part of multiple programs so they stop using signatures because they conflicting.

Now we will be starting the signature plan again and very soon, for that, we are in the process of creating the new logo.

Steeming India Community.

Steeming India Community is the community where each and every user will get equally treated, but as mentioned above if he fulfills the defined rules.

Initially, the community has tried to launch many interesting contents but due to no much support, we were not able to continue on that as @akkibadboy almost used more than 50% self-earning in the contest organizing but did not receive anything in return.

But, now we can see the official announcement by @steemitblog that Extra votes for Contest Announcement and Winners posts as long as they are posted on the community account. Also extra votes for contest winners where possible.

So now we will surely bounce back on this with new contests. Very Soon Steeming India Community will be at some level.

Supporting to the Steeming India Community is worth and we appreciate for that.
