Groundnut oil is really very healthy(though relatively costly) when I compare that with refined oil. I mostly use mustard oil and groundnut oil.
Can you tell me a little more about that "Raagi" flour? I am curious to know 'what type of flour it is and what is its use'?

Using this flour we prepare Dosa, Idli, roti and ragi ball (Sangati) also. It is very healthy and rich if fiber contain. So we took regularly.
