ETERNAL SALVATION

The concept of saving man beyond his weakness and strength, is God's idea. Firstly we need to understand that man can not be trusted, it's the nature of man to be flexible, here today there tomorrow, right today and wrong tomorrow. So God knew the only way to keep man in rightstands with him, is to give us his own righteousness in exchange for the mortal life of his Son (2 Corinthiians 5:21). This implies that, the righteousness of any man who believes the gospel of Jesus Christ, is not dependent on what he did, has done or will do. But solely on what Christ has done (his crucifixion, death, burial and resurrection for the justification of mankind), Ephesians 2:8-9.
