Keep Christ in your heart
If we are rooted and affirmed in love, then we can understand with all the saints that latitude and longitude, and depth and height, and understand the love of Christ that transcends understanding.
In the heart cleansed of all moral impurity, the Savior dwells, sanctifies and ennobles the whole nature of man with His presence and makes it the temple of the Holy Spirit.
We are united with Christ through living faith. He dwells in our hearts when we develop our faith.
When we are in the presence of God and are aware of this, our thoughts submit to Jesus Christ.
Our spiritual experiences are richer the more vividly we recognize their presence near us. So Christ dwells in our hearts through faith, when we clearly understand what it means to us and what work he has done for us in the Plan of Salvation.
If we value more and more the great gift of God for the whole world and for us personally, then this will give us the greatest pleasure and we will be immensely happy.
When our thoughts turn to Christ, our character is transformed into the likeness of God. We are imbued with his grace, his love fills our hearts, we contemplate his character and, in this way, he fully involves our thoughts. His love embraces us. If even for a moment we look at the sun in its midday glow, then it will be enough for us to see the image of the sun in everything, wherever we look.
When we accept the words of instruction emanating from Jesus, He dwells in our hearts, controlling our thoughts, plans, and actions. We are imbued with the teachings of the greatest Master the world has ever known. A sense of moral responsibility before God for a person's life among people has a decisive influence on our worldly concepts and responsibilities.
Jesus Christ becomes everything to us; Wherever we are and whatever we do: He is all in all. His spirit and character fill every particle of our nature.
Christ's words are Spirit and life. In this case, we cannot think only of ourselves. And we are no longer living, but Christ living in us, the hope of glory. Our "I" died, and in its place Christ settled: our life. Continuing to look at Jesus, we reflect his image among those who are close to us. We can no longer dwell on our failures and disappointments, because we are drawn to a more exalted image: the precious love of Jesus. He abides in us through the word of truth.
We must give ourselves fully to Jesus to live a life of voluntary obedience to all his commandments.
Everything we have, all our talents and abilities are gifts from God that should be dedicated to his ministry. When we give ourselves completely to Christ, then He, in the person of all Heaven, gives himself to us. We acquire an invaluable treasure.
