'PowerHouseCreatives Contest' Rustic Chopped.

Esta es una entrada al concurso de la comunidad @powerhousecreatives Damn Delicious de @ zord189 .

I don't know if this dish has already existed in another country as I have prepared it, but we loved the taste. It is simply a mixture of two things and we enjoyed it to the fullest for the taste it had.

The dish consists of rustic potatoes, roasted male banana, beef, pork and grilled sausages with a super seasoning that I prepare and distribute in some places of the market. Where there is a Venezuelan, eat meat with Adobo.

First, we washed the potatoes well and boiled them. When they are cooked, we let cool a little and we count in 4 parts throughout




In a blender, we put oil, garlic, salt, and rosemary. Mix well and bathe our potatoes with this preparation. At the top, we can place a little more rosemary so that when they are put in the oven, it can be browned together with the potatoes.





The amounts of these ingredients are in the agreement to the amount of potatoes. For 5 kilos of potatoes, use 3 cups of oil, salt, and rosemary to taste and a large garlic head.




On the other hand, the meats were seasoned with Adobo Zuchef which is a mixture of salt, garlic, oregano, black pepper, curry and cumin and they were placed on the coals to make them roasted along with the sausage.







As always, I had to use my secret weapon to light the fire, lol.








And when everything was ready, to serve to taste a dish made in Chile with Venezuelan flavor

Jajaja. Yo vengo de allí. Fui vegetariano por dos años y aún conservo una buena salud. Aquí en Chile me he descarriado como oveja del redil, jajaja. Pero se puede sustituir por chorizos veganos, carne de gluten o lo que más te guste.

Me dio mucha hambre, que tentador y sabroso se ve todo @oneray
