I do love seafood, but I've cut way back on it since 2011, after a couple of devastating events that year did great harm to our oceans and the Gulf of Mexico, and as far as I know they're still being contaminated today.

It's difficult for me to see the food though, because it does make me crave it. It's been so long since I've had sushi, it's maddening sometimes!
