Most of this investors are youths and scholars from different religions and ethnicity.

1. Whom we are?

The name AFRICANS-ON-STEEM came to us as an inspiration after rigorous considerations on the best title to use and promote steemit in africa.
We are a team of three visionary individuals who hails from two different African countries.

The name AFRICANSONSTEEM was inspired by our interest to attract investors and recruit new members from Africa.
We believe we can achieve this as we are free to travel to many African countries without visa.
Steemit globalization is a mainstream show that is existing and we believe should spread through Africa.

Finally we aim to globally promote steemit's exclusive features, it's uniqueness, rapid growth, lucrative rewards for content creators and investors and it's swift integration into the multi-trillion dollar crypto market. In other words, we seek to unite investors, believers, skeptics, and newcomers by fostering a shared vision of success and positivity driven by the advancement of steemit in blockchain technology.

2.1 Our Vision

We are thrilled with the vision of steemit becoming the world leading decentralized social blockchain technology. And we are glad to work towards achieving such end in Africa, because we believe in ourselves and the sustainability of our proposed impact in Africa.This is our vision.

2.2 Our Mission

We have a mission to attract many Africans to steemit both investors and creative content creators by utilizing every means available to our disposal.

2.3 Our members

We have started onboarding newbies into steemit already.
Our first outreach was held two days ago (5/09/2024) in south-south nigeria at the prestigious University of Port Harcourt Nigeria.

We recruited about thirteen newbies who attended our campaign from varying departments in the university.
Some have done their introduction post while others are still writing theirs.

3. Recruitment plan

We have started recruitment through scheduled outreaches among Nigerian youths in different universities. We also intend to extend our campaign to other African countries by working with existing africans on this platform.
Finally we have mapped out a door-to-door protocol to attract well known African investors to come and invest in steemit. Below are more ways we intend to get new members:

3.1 Other Social Media Marketing

Facebook, twitter and telegram is rapidly becoming the basic source of informations to many crypto enthusiast and this has made us to create supportive accounts on them. Here are #africansonsteem pages on Facebook,Telegram and Twitter etc. We will use this pages to feature tutorials and other guides to help newbies kick-starting from basic things like account creation to advanced things like creative content making.
We will our feature our community contest post on this social media platforms.

3.2 Commercials

As we progress, We intend to add other media campaigns like running ads and radio to tv broadcasting.

3.3 Referrals and networking

We have already started our referral programs amongst our new recruits and we intend to reward them with liquid steem as they invite their friends to steemit.

We will find well meaning Africans and convince them to invest their money on steempower and get ROI through manual or approved delegated curations. Thus we have employed both digital and manual applications to our recruiting process.

4. Retention Plan

While recruiting new members is relatively easy, we recognize that retaining them is a far greater challenge. Therefore, we are committed to dedicating our utmost efforts to supporting and empowering our new content creators, accompanying them every step of the way on their journey. Below, we outline our comprehensive retention strategies and plans designed to foster a loyal and thriving community..

4.1 Community votes

Our goal is to expand our community account in no distant time making it have high voting value. We will prioritize providing support and votes to our new members in order to encourage their creative content ability. We will foster a motivated community that feels appreciated and encouraged.

4.2 Daily/weekly Contests

To keep our members engaged and active, we plan to host regular contest that offer tangible rewards and benefits.This contest will provide required engagements and participations while rewarding participants with exciting prizes.By doing so, we will foster a sense of loyalty, retention and commitment to steem blockchain within our community.

4.3 Physical and Virtual Meetups

To ensure our recruits feel valued and connected, We will be holding regular virtual meetings and meetups with them. We are glad to announce that our first Meetup took place two days ago on 5th September, 2024 at the Prestigious University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State Nigeria.

5. Progress report

To track our achievements, we will regularly publish a progress report to highlight our accomplishments and celebrate our small wins.
This will keep everyone informed and motivate our members to strive for greater success.

6. Support

The major support we need now is steem power for @africansonsteem in order to reward the good contents of our invitees and old members.
