I am ready to learn
that's why I'm not ashamed to make mistakes

I am ready to grow
that's why I don't miss places of wisdom and knowledge is shared

I want to lead tomorrow
so I'm taking time to follow people who have achieved it in leadership

I have my flaws given my nature
that's why I make mistakes

but if you discard me for making mistakes, I won't grow,
if you correct my mistakes, I'll learn and improve

Someday I want to help a lot of people
that's why I watch closely how others help without holding back

I want to stand tall someday and make you proud
that's why I solicit your help to men to on me in every slightest opportunity

I am always ready to learn new things, I'm open to growth,I'm preparing myself and I know someday my chance will come and I will lead.

But while I wait, hold my hands and teach me the right things, I'll learn and apply them. Connect me with the right people, I won't let you do.
