Beautiful mangoes in our area are now able to pickle

Hello my dear friends, today's weather is very lovely, black clouds are blowing, cold winds are blowing, a few moments ago the heat was intense but now the heat has broken once and for all. Mango trees in our area are full of mangoes. And the trees look beautiful, the mangoes are hanging down and they look very cute, but at the moment the mangoes are a little raw. In the next few days, they will be ripe and ready to eat.

They are breaking the mangoes that are still raw and adding pickles. Some people add a lot of benefits to pickles. All the spices are added to the pickles. Cumin is also added and black pepper is also added. Some people add green chilli pickles. Mangoes are cut and kept for pickling as you can see in this picture.

Eating pickles is beneficial for health. Put these chopped mangoes in a jar and put all the spices in it and also add mustard oil. It is kept closed for a few days when It is fully prepared and edible, then it is eaten
