Businesses can lose customers without personal interaction with customers.Artificial Intelligence systems are not empathic, culturally sensitive or intuitive.Then, it is the abilities that humans possess that make them effective. Humans have the ability to read faces with know the right thing instantly.

As artificial intelligence is being implement at a rapid pace, humans have the opportunity to do creative work faster. Not only in the creative field but also in finance or coding, humans need to be extra creative to get things done with accomplish great projects.

I really agree with this, because artificial intelligence cannot be creative and there is no emotion and control.
