Today I am going to tell you about the pickled rice which has become very delicious and spicy. I hope you will like this rice made by me very much. First of all let me tell you about these things. Which I have used in it.

Ingredients used in cooking rice

How to boil gram

First I soaked the lentils in water for four hours. Soaking them gives us this benefit. On the one hand they become soft and on the other hand they become thick. Then wash the lentils well. We put them in a pressure cooker and put two liters of water in it and put it on the stove with the lid closed. Now it will take twenty minutes for the lentils to boil. Now our lentils will be ready.

How to cook rice
STEP NO.01

Before cooking the rice, we soak the rice in water for half an hour.Rice is kept in water because rice is too hard, it softens the rice.

STEP NO.02

Then, while cooking the rice, we first add onion to the ghee and make it dark brown. When they turn light brown in color, then we add hot spices, salt and red pepper and fry it well.

STEP NO. 03

After frying them, we put gram in it. Also fried.When the masala turns light brown, add chickpeas to it and keep it on low flame for 10 minutes.

STEP NO.04

Then we put three liters of water in it. When the water boiled well.After 15 minutes of simmering with gram, three liters of water was added to it and after that for 10 minutes when the water started to boil.

STEP NO.05

Then we put rice in it. And put them to cook on low heat. When the water in the rice is dry.When the water dries up well, little by little, add the rice and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Rice Final Look

When I opened the tail after 15 minutes, my chickpea rice was cooked in perfect shape and then I ate it with curd.
