Feeling and emotions

Today I want to tell about the feeling and mentality of male persons of the society,and how they think about beautiful working girls.

Working women, stylish women, and females in society all over the world are still subjected to men's excesses, annoyed words, and lustful looks at work. Even if a gorgeous or simple-looking girl wears fashionable clothing to college or her workplace, men consider her as an object of indulgence, assuming that such fashionable and working girls are easily accessible.

In many workplaces, the manager, their coworkers, and all men who come into those offices are very insensitive and lascivious with these girls and women, and these girls and women aren't complaining much, sometimes out of embarrassment, sometimes out of societal standards. But these things cause concern for her.

But I didn't like thinking of any male making derogatory comments about these working women or discussing their physical or mental abuse, and I was always against men's misconduct, and I wanted to change that. No one has the right to make derogatory remarks about the girls, women, and working women who live around them.

I've noticed that there are two kinds of men: those who have distinct beliefs about women at home and those who have different ideologies about other women of other societies. There is no discernible difference in the attitudes of males in society towards women, particularly in developed countries.

Even today, many conservative males in society consider women to be second-class citizens.

When I was in the department, there was also a very attractive and sexy lady assigned to my section. From the first day she was posted, all the male employees in our section fell in love with her attractiveness and began plotting who would befriend her first, as the lady was very courteous and friendly, but she did not offer any officer or male employee a chance . She didn't take any of the male members' efforts to molest her seriously and ignored it off. And this used to boost men's confidence.

Now, how to build relations with her has grown into a problem for the staff of our wing. This was brought to my notice one day, so I called a conference with all of the employees and told them bluntly that if I received a report about any disrespectful behaviour done to this girl, I would take strict action against that person.

Then I called that lady separately and asked for her to be careful, balanced, and restrained with the guys, to prevent one of them misbehave with her.

She took what I said literally and started to be more reserved surrounding men.

The situation eventually normalized, and all of the male workers understood very well the character of that girl, and she is not easily available to anyone.
