Driving force is a special force that let you to do something and in simple words that drive up you so it could be your will power and could be a kind of encouragement and motivation that you have in your heart and that let you to do different things and let you to achieve your goals.

Albert Einstein in this phrase is going to emphasize that when we focus on something and when we be very determined to do something and we be encouraged through the will power which we have then it could leave behind all the obstacles in the way which he is going to compare with electricity and atomic energy as an example just because both these are one of the most powerful things but how much powerful anything is; if you are involved in anything with the firm determination then no one can restrict you to achieve your goals and to do a particular thing....
