Hello Steemians, Greetings to you and welcome to my entry. I trust you are doing well. So many of us at the time we were growing up were never friends with any medical instruments like syringes, sphygmomanometers, stethoscopes, etc. However, as we grow up, such a mentality that was in us does fade away after we now know how important these medical instruments are to our health.
Yes, I am afraid of syringes. It is a medical instrument that is used for injecting or drawing off liquid from the body of a patient.
Syringes are one of the medical instruments that I honestly disliked when I was growing up as a kid. Then I usually cried out loud if a doctor or nurse wanted to inject me or draw blood from my body using syringes. For that reason, I am afraid of syringes for the following reasons:
If syringes as a medical instrument are not handled with care, they can result in damaging someone's health.
Syringes are very painful when they are injected into my body.
Syringes are the most rapid means of transmitting diseases to a person, and everyone should be cautious of them.
Any little mistake made when injecting me or someone else can break and remain in my body.
Syringes make me feel weak whenever I am being injected via syringe.
I am afraid of doctors. The reason why I am afraid of a doctor is because their decisions are always final at the hospital. Some doctors like treating patients in a hard way. Whenever I am sick, I prefer going to a pharmacy to get drugs than going to see a doctor because I know after seeing a doctor, he or she will prescribe a lot of drugs for me.
Yes, I do remember a funny medical experience that I had when I was growing up as a child. Then, as a child, there was a day that I went to my dad's wine stand and drank his wine that made me very weak. After I had finished drinking the wine, I went out with my friends, and as I was playing, I fell down. That got everyone shouting for help.
My mom came and carried me to the hospital, and as we reached the hospital, I was unable to speak out, and a lot of people were shocked that I was in a comma. People were praying for me that day. As the doctor came, he took me to one of his medical rooms and started checking up on me. As he opened my mouth, that was when he then perceived the smile of alcohol, which he then told my mom to get me some milk, which she did, and after that, my mom got me some red oil.
Immediately, I regained myself and discovered that I was in the hospital. I quickly ran out because of how afraid I am when it comes to syringes.
Yes, I have experienced a lot of medical trauma in my childhood. As a child, whenever I am being taken to the hospital, the doctor or nurses are about to inject me, almost everyone around me will tend to hear me crying and shouting aloud.
There was a day that I fell sick and was taken to the hospital. In fact, I had been given some drips. At the time the doctor came to give me some injections, hmmm , it was just like a battle field between myself and the people around me. I shouted aloud and staggered that I didn't want to be injected. I am fine, to the extent that my mom even tye my legs with Rob.
Yes, I have experienced a very serious injury that was stitched on my leg. The experience that I got after I had been injured was to be humble and avoid rough play. Then I used to play a lot with my peer group, and it was because of how playful I am that led to the injury that is on my leg below.
The serious illness I got
However, the teaching that I take from this experience is never to engage myself with objects that are harmful to human beings and also never to engage myself in fighting.
Conclusion:
All medical instruments are made for the benefits of human health, which no matter how afraid that we tend to see any of them, would still be use for the betterment of our bodies if there is any need that arises. Thank you for stopping by.
I am also inviting @simonnwigwe, and @yakspeace to also hear about their experiences.
There's no doubt that syringes are the reason many people recover prematurely, haha
I think you've been through a lot of misfortune and I hope it doesn't happen again,
and good luck to you👍
Yes, that was when I was a child, and I have seen a lot of people that have experienced such. Thank you for stopping by.
You are welcome 👍

Yes you are right dear, syringes seem to be the most fearable medical instrument. Thank you for stopping by.
You are welcome 🤗
Syringes are the most feared by all, it is that this sharp object can intimidate anyone without a doubt.
That story about you drinking your father's wine and passing out from being drunk is very funny hehehe, I don't want to imagine the doctor's face when he realized you were drunk.
Thank you for sharing your experiences and reflections with us.
