The creation of living things is a wonderful thing.The value of life cannot be measured by anything in the world.The Creator is creating man as the best creature in the 'Ashraful Makhlukat' creation.This means that the value of human life is also the greatest.

✅01-What do you think about the death penalty, do you agree or disagree? Explain why?

Capital punishment is the legal punishment of killing someone. According to the laws of all countries, a most heinous convict or criminal is punished by death. In today's world, death penalty is considered as the only form of maximum punishment. I couldn't agree more about this execution. Because man is the best creation of the great creator. Man is the best creature of creation 'Ashraful Makhlukat'. It seems to me that the one who has donated this precious human life has only the right to take someone's life away. If someone goes against the law of the country and commits a big mistake, then he can be given a very severe punishment apart from the death penalty. What will happen will be public and all people will see the punishment with their own eyes and from there will be convinced not to do that mistake.
✅02-Is this type of penalty part of the law in your country? Do you think it should be implemented?
Such punishment is part of almost all countries, my Bangladesh is no exception. In our country also death penalty is given as maximum punishment for crime. I don't think this death penalty should be implemented. Because only the person who is given the death sentence can understand the pain and no one else can. We common people can only know it through news or communication, social media. This makes it possible for the crime to be organized again. Besides, the death penalty is given inside the prison behind closed doors, so this matter is unknown to many people. And the uneducated people of the village can never know it. Because they are not aware of the law. As a result, such crimes continue to happen.

So I think that without taking away the life given by the Creator, instead of implementing the death penalty as punishment for the highest error, there should be a punishment that would make the human body shudder. The punishment will be so terrible that the guilty person will become a disgrace to the society. And seeing him, everyone else will not go around committing that sin. And that punishment must be in front of all the people of the state.
✅03-Do you know of any particular case of death penalty in your country or any other country? Can you share it?
We have different types of laws regarding death penalty in Bangladesh. Which is recorded in several clauses in the constitution of Bangladesh. All the cases in which death penalty is executed in Bangladesh are briefly discussed-

Murder is punishable by death.
If robbery is committed with murder.
Murder by a person sentenced to life imprisonment is punishable by death.
attempted murder.
If someone under 10 years of age is kidnapped.
If a defendant intentionally puts out two eyes or destroys the sight of both eyes by acid or disfigures the face by acid.
If any person declares war or undertakes to declare war or provides assistance in declaring war against Bangladesh.
If a person helps a rebellion and the rebellion takes place as a result of that help.
A person gives false testimony with intent to convict another person or fabricates false testimony that results in the conviction and execution of an innocent person.
Due to these reasons death penalty is mainly given in Bangladesh. The President of Bangladesh executed the death penalty. He can cancel someone's death sentence and execute it if he wants.
Conclusion
Human life is very precious, the creator has sent us to this world for certain tasks. So everyone should follow the path of their own religion. Many sins can be avoided in this. The people of the country should be made aware by providing other severe punishments instead of death penalty as a punishable crime.
