"SEC S15W3:Art and Health at home"

It's always exciting to make post in a community like Colombia-Original. Before I start I would like to invite two fellow Steemians @yakspeace @daprado1999 @joymm to participate the contest.

On April 30, 2016 I had a heart attack at Radha Nagar beach in Andaman Nicobar Union territory of Government of India. I asked the local police to call an ambulance as I was feeling suffocation and chest pain. A car arrived from the resort before the ambulance reached. A reached the primary health centre where the doctor studied from Kolkata Medical College that's situated in my city. He give me not only right medicines but also huge mental support. He atleast attend me ten to twelve times. Unfortunately there were no modern treatment facilities including an ECG machine. Anyways chest pain pacified and day after next I was able to return to Port Blair where I was admitted in JC Pant Central Govt hospital. I was admitted in ICU where I was treated with medicines only. I stayed there for four nights. On 5th of May I was discharged and on the same day I was admitted in Cardiac care unit at Ramkrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan in Kolkata. My angiogram and Eco Cardiogram was done. They found ejection fraction as 25% of the damaged heart. Even some radiology test were also carried out which suggested that heart may not sustain any stent. So they refused to do any kind of cardio thoracic surgery. I was released after nine days. However after seven days when I went for reviewing I was told to provide ICD (implantable cardioverter defibrillator). I was provided the device on 30th June, 2016.

They gave us the empty boxes containing manuals and a CD. So it came to mind that a replica of the device can be done with the Box.

It is very simple. I took a pattern of the device from the Manual. There was a thermoform case where I put the pattern of the device.

I make a cutout of device image from manual and put it inside the appropriate location. The image is almost as actual size of device. Writing Medtronic was also taken from manual. So the visually replica of device ICD appeared.
