SEC S15W5 | My proposal for Steemitblog (Replacing The Curator Team)

Before I say a warm greeting to all of you great Steemians in all corners of the world, my biggest hope is that all of you can achieve a lot of success in the real world and the virtual world, especially on this Steemit platform.
In Week 5 of Steemit Challenge Season 15, the Colombia-Original community brought an interesting challenge theme. Users are expected to give their opinion on new initiatives or something new, to make this platform even more growing and fun for all of us. For that reason I try to participate in this exciting week, I hope you all like it.
It has been more than 2 years since the Community Curator was launched, and I feel the support I get from the Community Curator initiative. Any form of support makes many users grow and develop well through the support of the Steemit Team, especially those who work with curated accounts from 04 to 09.
A big impact is given through this support, reaching many users to make Team Support evenly distributed to various communities and also to various types of posts. I personally also have a simple idea, but this is purely writing in the form of participation in the theme of the contest in the 5th week. What is the idea of such proposals, here it is :

Based on the foregoing I would like to give a proposal related to the theme of this week's contest, but this is a personal view that may sound a little strange.
What if the Curator Team 04 to Curator team 08 were replaced with a slightly different initiative, meaning that the curator team 04 and Curator Team 08 are deleted or not used again for a while? You may ask, what is the basis of these teams being removed, and what about the continuity for many users who have been getting real support?
A little I explain, that every month Team 04 to Team 08 is always given 4 million SP to support many users, they are divided into Team 1, Team 2, Team 3, Team 4, Team 5, team on Fire, and Team Newcomers. On average there may be about 20 users who may get daily support that varies based on club Status, or maybe with other conditions.

The removal of the curator team is replaced by the granting of curator rights to the community, meaning that the community is given management in the same way as the previous curator team. Communities selected each month must provide support to posts of any type in their community. Of course, with certain and so forth, with weekly reports as the curator team did before.
Advantages of this Proposal
- The community can grow into a community that is trusted by users, meaning that with the support of the Steemit Team, users believe that the community is a community that is trusted by the Steemit team to manage support for users.
- There will be many posts that increase the active Poster in that community.
- This type of post will be interesting in my opinion, because there is something that motivates users to publish their posts. Or maybe the community can explain the rules to get additional support from the initiative so that it becomes an encouragement for users to publish their posts.
- Moderators will be professional people, as they will have additional support and encourage them much more actively, even to create contests in such communities.
Disadvantages of this Proposal
- The potential for abuse of support to certain close people.
- Block support to other communities that are not elected in the month.
- It can only reach certain communities.
For the name does not need to be changed, because the mention of the curator community already sounds very good.

If this initiative can be implemented then we try to suppose, with the challenge of engagement, support booms according to the level, plus the new version of community curators will probably increase the development of communities significantly.
Each community gets an equal share every month based on consideration of their application, who wants his community to grow with the support of the curator of the new version of the community then the community must take good care of his community as well as with their mods. The initiative should also distinguish communities that get the task of running engagement challenges from those that get the task of curating a new version of the community, hoping to create many communities that will grow evenly including the community's developers.
These are just ideas that may sound stupid or crazy, but new things can be tried because sometimes something that looks stupid or crazy can be fun.

Omak, ide bapak2 betul2 keren pak. Kalo seandainya direalisasikan, banyak user yang jadi makin aktif menulis postingan di komunitas tertentu. Tapi sayang kalo ada komunitas yang baru dibuat dan belum terpilih utk nerima dukungan kurator komunitas, bakal lambat berkembang. Mungkin bakal lebih mantap kalo user yang mendapat title sebagai kurator komunitas dibagikan merata ke seluruh komunitas baru dan juga yang sedang berkembang.

Ide yg bagus pak, tapi banyak pro dan kontra terhadap hal ini, akan tetapi saya akan terus mengikuti perkembangannya untuk melihat steemit menjadi lebih maju. Semoga dengan gagasan2 dan ide2 baru dari orang yg memiliki pemikiran kreatif seperti bapak bisa membuat steemit menjadi lebih berkembang, salam sukses.
Apa pun idenya selalu ada pro dan kontra bang ikwal, mengakomodasi semua pengguna memang cukup sulit, terlebih lagi semua postingan terlihat bagus dan di buat dengan keinginan untuk berbagi cerita dan dukungan.
