Acknowledge no problem or situation last forever that could be a key to unlock the next challenge.
This really caught my attention, really we all are faced with diverse challenges but our acknowledgement that nothing last for ever will help us keep to faith despite the current dilemma.
Yea man has to pass a lot, is natural but the main thing is to remain focus in all we do in our daily life with quieting from it.
