Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well and enjoying life by the grace of Allah Almighty. I am very excited to participate in the engaging challenge organized by Colombia-Original called "The Dessert of My Dreams". Without further ado, let's dive into it!

One of the things I love the most about chocolate ice cream is its versatility. It is the perfect choice of dessert to enjoy on its own, or to add to other sweet treats like brownies, cakes, or waffles. And if you are feeling extra indulgent, you can always top it off with some whipped cream, chocolate chips, or even some fresh fruit as well.
When I am feeling extreme down or stressed, a bowl of chocolate ice cream always manages to put a smile on my pretty face. It is like a little ray of sunshine on a gloomy day. I think that everyone should have a go-to dessert that makes them feel happy and comforted, and for me, that dessert is definitely chocolate ice cream.

Texture is a essential aspect of any dessert, as it can make or break the overall experience. A perfect dessert must have feature a harmonious blend of textures, such as a creamy filling and a crunchy crust. The texture should be just right, neither too hard nor as much soft, and should complement the flavors. .

First, gather your ingredients: 02 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup of whole milk, ¾ cup of granulated sugar, ¼ cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, ¼ teaspoon of salt, plus 4 egg yolks.
Next, heat the heavy cream, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat until it start to steam. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks combine . Gradually add a cup of the hot mixture to the egg yolks, whisking constantly to prevent the eggs from the cooking.
Pour the egg mixture back into the saucepan & cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens enough to a coat the back of a spoon. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any lumps or cooked eggs, and let it cool to room temperature. Finally, freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions , and enjoy the dessert!

Lo las difícil de preparar el helado es esperar el tiempo adecuado en la nevera, he tenido la oportunidad de prepararlo y es un gustazo.

Saludos amigo! El chocolate definitivamente es la adicción de muchos. Nada como unas fresas con chocolate o un helado de chocolate para refrescarse de estos calorones últimamente. También me gusta mucho el chocolate, en cualquier tipo de postre o solo es bienvenido.
