When we see a child in a bathtub or a horse coming back without a passenger or the sight of buying a bottle of wine, the dramatic details of Let Him Go talk about the most difficult human feelings of remorse and constant sacrifice by grandparents towards their grandchildren.
Let Him Go's most distinctive feature is to write details that you won't feel alone, but you'll surely feel the whole drama experience far from the commercial and superhero movies that have spread recently, so how could the industry get out of the usual pace?

The Story of Let Him Go
Let Him Go takes place in a quiet and isolated home, a family of grandparents, son and grandson whose lives change when the son dies and their journey to keep their grandson away from the dangers of a harsh society.

Scenario and output:
The writer and director of the medium film, Thomas Besucci, returns with a new chapter, the best in his short career, to tell us a true story from the 1960s based on a novel of the same name by Larry Watson, in which he talks about many important social issues, notably the issue of sacrifice that parents make to their children or grandchildren and how this affects normal education and the change of societies through two distinctly different characters.

What struck me most in the work was the small amount of details through short scenes whose first goal is to highlight those social issues in the shortest possible way cinematically with a short dialogue or a passing scene, and i have to mention the dialogues were quiet and deep despite their expectation and smoothness and that is the main reason for the general impression felt by all which is the calm that does not disturb the elite other than the character of Blanche Weiboi .
Jay Godfrey's cinematography has added a lot to the work that is originally characterized by slow pace of events through the wonderful scenes that highlight the natural splendor of the American West, which in turn removed any boredom that could happen and even escaped the calm and relaxing state of the viewers.

Representation:
In their best performances, Diane Lane and Kevin Costner presented one of the best couples of the year thanks to the brilliant characterwriting and great experience they have, which led to the film's best possible performance and unnatural chemistry between them despite their different big characters, and we don't lose sight of the great assistant performances of Leslie Manvili, Kelly Carter and Geoffrey Donovan.
Review of Let Him Go
Let Him Go, one of the most oppressed films of the year 2020, has one of the best real-life stories with symbolic messages and discussion of the most important social issues, in addition to a fascinating cinematography and representation to say the least wonderful and expert, a unique experience of a year that has been able to bring back the summit of dramatic films that discuss our real life and which we have missed so much in recent years, you do not miss watching it
