Hello steemians, I am really excited to share this part of my life with you. I have always been the romantic type and it's a quality I am very happy with. For this contest I am picking an all time favourite of mine,Back to you by Selena Gomez.

ABOUT THE SONG
I am sure alot of Selena Gomez fans will agree with me when I say that her songs are just full of inspiration. Whenever I listen to this song it feels as though I have the right to actually want to feel an old love again. This song was released in the year 2018 and was even used as a soundtrack in Netflix's 13 reasons why.

First Verse

My Thoughts
In this first verse, it makes it so obvious that she is always hoping to forget this hurtful love but whatever progress she makes gets ruined by the littlest gestures.
I feel that no matter how hard I try that hurtful love I have lost was once one of the best experiences of my life.

Second Verse

My Thoughts
In the second verse, it obvious that in the course of the relationship, some behaviours of both parties where discovered and now she is wondering what could have been if such never happened. I feel as though in the process of letting go of this hurtful love, I stopped to think of what could have been if I continued to fight harder for this love but I realised that it would have changed me into someone completely different that I wouldn't be able to come to turns with.

My Thoughts
No matter how hurt that love made me be, I would always be happy and willing to go back and have a redo. Even if it is just to relive the same moments.
