Khirai is a well-arranged small railway station on the Howrah-Kharagpur railway line. As beautiful as the name Khirai is the beauty of the surroundings is hundreds of times more. A small river flows through the end of the railway station, it is better to call it a canal than a river. Khirai is the river, and the station is named after the river. The river is rich in rainwater, so there is no water except in the rainy season. In winter, the gathering of sparrows sits on the river bank.

And this Khirai is cultivating flowers on hundreds of bighas of land on both sides of the river. Just flowers and flowers as far as the eye can see. What kind of flowers can I say, marigold, cherry, chrysanthemum, tuberose, more flowers However, the dominance of marigold flowers was most noticeable. Seen from the railway bridge over the Khirai River, it looks as if "someone has spread a yellow and green carpet all over the river". Quiet, secluded place. No one is there except a few flower growers. There is no shouting of tourists, no bustle of the city, no pollution, no noise. There is just infinite peace, an eye-catching scene. No matter how hard it is, the mind is bound to be good when it comes here.

Although there is no comparison to the weight of the loan. However, for those of us who are thirsty for travel, for those who have not been able to go to the "Valley of Flowers", Khirai can become a destination for the "Valley of Flowers".

Suitable time for Visit
During the winter season, the production of flowers increases and this is the best time to witness blooming flowers. From December to February is the peak season when flowers are in full bloom. The increase in the level of pollution has affected the countryside which is a desperate time for the farmer. It is our respect to give applause to our farmers for producing some of the best flowers in our country
Transportation: - Khirai station after Panskura station on Howrah-Kharagpur railway line. Almost all local trains stop here.

Stay and eat: - There is no arrangement to stay in Khirai. If you feel the need to stay, you can stay in Panskura. There are a few shops adjacent to the station, which can make tiffins. However, there is a lack of good rice hotels.

Some more: - When you have come so far, come back from the Gonsai Ji temple next door. Only 1 km away along the railway line. A very vigilant deity to the locals.
