29th April is the international dance day.I did not know about this international day before .But yesterday I saw a post posted by mam @belenguerra.In this post I saw that 29 April is the international dance day .So I would like to talk about dance.
Everyone like dance.Everyone try to dance in his own manner .If anyone do not perform dance but he really love to see dance.
The same case is with me .I try my best to perform dance but due to study I could not success to performe dance.
I have a desire till now to become a dancer.

A history of international dance day

The ITI Dance Committee founded International Dance Day. and decided to celebrate it on April 29, the birthday of Jean-Georges Noure, known as the creator of the modern ballet. ...

The purpose of the day is to bring people together with a common language dance.

There are many forms of dance from ballroom to barn dance and disco to Morse dance. Dance has always been a part of human culture, rituals and ceremonies. Today, dance is mostly about entertainment and self-expression, although it can also be done as a competitive activity. Dancing is a fun way to stay physically active and healthy.

The health benefits of dancing

There is no limit of age for dance.Children,young and old people do dance to remain fit themselves . It has many advantages of physical and mental fitness .

7. Better coordination, agility and flexibility.Bone and joints remain in exercise daily .So flexibility remains at bone-joints junction .

8. Better balance and local awareness

9. Increased physical confidence.As A dance is done among many people.so physical confidence also increase .

10. Improving mental functioning

11. General and psychological well-being has improved

12. Maximum self-confidence and he knows about many national and international dancer.

13. Better social skills and an international dancer has honourable respect in the views of almost every people .
