Hy steemians,I will like to share with you guys how my day went.
I woke up by 4am, although insomnia have been my mate for the past one month.i find it hard to sleep at night and whenever I do,the sleep won't last more than 3 to 4 hours but that of today was different.i slept by 10pm the previous day and woke up by 4am today.i said my morning prayers because it has been a culture for me,I also did my Early morning exercise in my room,I did a little push ups,press ups and other moves that makes the body to be in good shape.the exercise lasted for one hour after which I brushed my teeth.
After that,I went to fetch water from the borehole that was in our compound,I also tidied my room and did other little house chores..later on,I ate my breakfast which was pap and bean cake.i decided to take that because I like taking light weight foods in the morning so that I can be able to concentrate clearly for the days activities.
After my breakfast,I took my malaria drugs,took my bath and prepared for today's service.i am a Christian and Christians normally go to church on Sundays so I prepared for church.the service was scheduled to start by 8am but I arrived at 9:30am because their was a little bit traffic congestion on my way to church.
DURING THE CHURCH SERVICE
Although I was late to service but I happened to meet up with important aspects of the service,we sang the hymns, praise and worship.The topic of the day was about what God will use and remember us,the preacher made mention of Hezekiah in the Bible who did good things for God but when the time came for hezekiah to die,he knelt down and begged God to add extra years to his life and also reminded God of how he(Hezekiah) has been doing his(God's) work.God later added extra year to his(hezekiah) life.
The pastor made announcement for this week and that was how the service ended.the church service ended by 1:30pm.
I went home together with my kid sister,we gisted,had fun and decided to talk about how the church service went.we Even decided to take selfies on our way back home
I was very hungry because I ate a very light food in the morning so on getting home,I ate my lunch ravenously,had a little rest then I went to watch the EPL match between Liverpool and Leeds united.although I wanted Leeds United to win but it was so unfortunate that Liverpool were the better side so Liverpool won the game by a 3 goal margin.
After the match,I escorted my kid sister to where she practices her Bible recitation.
By evening,my friend visited me and we decided to have a work down the street,we discussed about our lives and also how to have a better life.we aslo took some selfies..
after a while we decided to visit a nearby restaurant were we treated ourselves with two plates of pepper soup each.
I later saw my friend off to where he would enter a tricycle that was plying towards his home.
I came back home feeling very tired I decided not to eat dinner because my stomach was already filled up as a result of the two plates of pepper soup I ate with my friend.i had my night shower and then composed my daily diary using my phone before I decided to sleep off.
