Sometimes the smell of smoke is delicious

According to elementary school lessons, in ancient times humans did not recognize food processing by cooking, they ate raw plants and animals, but along with the development of human thinking, humans recognized processing food by cooking. Various ways of cooking done by humans, nowadays cooking with a gas stove have become a habit for most people, in addition to the faster cooking process because the fire is stable, cooking utensils are cleaner making it easier to wash, but on the other hand, how to cook using gas has shortcomings because more expensive in terms of cost.

Even though now it is completely modern, there are still many people who survive by cooking on stoves and using wood fuel. There were various reasons given by them, for example, there were those who argued that they were afraid of using gas, some were saving money, some were using the wood that is widely available around the house, some because the type of cooking is more delicious using firewood.

Suppose grilled chicken is one type of food that is tastier when cooked on a stove. The smell of smoke produced by the combustion of firewood gives an aroma and makes the taste more solid. Likewise, the chicken satay will be better if it's grilled on the stove. Goat satay is also a food that requires a smoky aroma. Even though cooking using the stove is less practical, there are still advantages. For example, flavorful dishes that cannot be found when cooking on a gas stove, are cost-effective, make use of unused wood, and can warm the body.

Whether you realize it or not, from a young age you are accustomed to doing things that require patience, one of which is turning on a wood stove, of course, you are accustomed to not giving up quickly, accustomed to accepting failure and being patient. It turns out that something traditional has a big contribution to the formation of a good character.
