Gracias y saludos a la gente de Writingnreviews por esta iniciativa desarrollada para saber de la cultura de varias partes del mundo, de mi parte conocerá la cultura de Venezuela un País lleno de cultura y tradiciones la cual podemos mencionar tomando en cuenta esta época en la música está la gaita proveniente del Estado Zulia un género musical muy distinto y particular único en el mundo donde se baila y se puede escuchar para disfrutar este símbolo musical de la navidad.
Por otro lado están las famosas hallacas y el pan de jamón, acompañado de la ensalada de pollo o gallina y como postre la torta negra o torta de chocolate, dulce de lechoza, el panetón y las galletas de diferentes sabores que conforman la cena de navidad y año nuevo del venezolano, por tal razón me gusta mucho comer este plato cultural y tradicional al lado de mi esposa y familia y escuchar una buena gaita cenando o mejor aún preparando las hallacas en familia.
Durante esta época en la ciudad donde vivo llamado Cumana Capital del Estado Sucre se organizan fiestas y venta de comidas tradicionales como las empanadas de cazón, juego de papelón con limón, hallacas, tortas de chocolate, dulce de lechoza y música en vivo de grupos musicales de la ciudad y grupos gaiteros de fuera le dan esa alegría a las navidades sobre todo en esta época que venimos de una cuarentena radical fuerte donde sufrimos consecuencias de todo tipo incluyendo la perdidas de familiares y amigos por esta pandemia del covd-19, por tal razón me gusta mucho asistir a este bulevar construido en el casco histórico de la ciudad y disfrutar de este ambiente decembrino.
Forma parte de nuestra cultura visitar las playas y los ríos después de una noche de celebración y fiesta y preparar el famoso sancocho de pescado o sopa de gallina o costilla de res con lagarto con hueso ya que le da un sabor espectacular, esto es para el almuerzo y para la tarde la parrilla de distintas carnes como carne de res, pollo y cochino.
