I am running for the last 8 years and I dont repeat regular running every day but use the different cardiovascular exercises like incline walking, cycling, swimming on alternative days simultaneously so that my knees, shin bones, and ankles have to deal with lesser force and pressure every day and why you should also do the same.

For a healthy lifestyle, it is important to be aware of your limits.

Running regularly every day plays a vital part in a healthy lifestyle and is important for the heart, lungs, and other cardiovascular organs.

Running is beneficial for cardiovascular systems inside the human body.

How Running Effects The Knees Depends on Some Factors If

  • somebody runs on the street or ground with an uneven surface which mostly are, deteriorates the healthy joints.

  • the track and field someone runs on is not made for running.

  • the surface is slightly uneven and bouncy.

Running every day on uneven surfaces adds pressure on joints and knees which is not safe for a healthy lifestyle.

What If Someone Runs on Treadmills or Proper Running Tracks

It will be less effective and safe for knees and joints health when running is planned or scheduled alternately with cardio exercises in between.

If running is done 7 days a week, every month, for a whole year then the pressure exerted on the knees, shin bones, ankles will be more as they are important for running every day and are daily affected if running is done on uneven surfaces.

Less nutrition intake like calcium is important for bones, if not taken daily or added to your diet can cause some problems.

If someone is overweight and runs daily will have harm on the body in the long run with problems like arthritis when they will get older so the running should be done twice or thrice a week to be on the safe side with high-intensity cardiovascular workouts like cycling, swimming, rope-skipping simultaneously every week so that same regular running is not repeated.

Also make sure to not run on uneven and bouncy tracks, fields, or grounds every day.
