Forgiveness comes from love.

Throughout our life, how many times have we said that we forgive? How many times have we lied by giving someone a false forgiveness? I believe that many times we have deceived ourselves. But there is always an opportunity to change that while we are alive.

Forgiveness can sometimes be very difficult to achieve, it consists of a lot of effort on some occasions, from another perspective it can also be very difficult to give our forgiveness, but on certain occasions it is better to think about leaving that which prevents us from moving forward, and by this I mean that sometimes we refuse so many times to give forgiveness that we get stuck, stuck in resentment, anger, hatred and that is making us sick, it is gnawing at us like a cancer, it is eating us from the inside day by day. You know Sometimes it is true that there are people who do not deserve forgiveness, they do not earn it, they do not have the will to do something to achieve it and right there, at that moment is that we must think that we are more than that, we are better than that and that forgiving is the most beautiful and healthy way to move on.

To forgive is to let go of that anger, let go of resentment and wish the best, give that forgiveness from the bottom of our heart, perhaps not for the other person, but for ourselves, for love, they say that the strongest feeling in the world is love, because I think the strongest thing is love for ourselves, if you don't love yourself, maybe no one will. So out of love for yourself, for your essence, for what you are, it is better to finally give forgiveness and let go of hatred, there is no more beautiful feeling than being able to sleep in peace every night knowing that your heart has achieved peace.
